About Us
Pebble People is a family-run business that has been a fixture in Solvang for over 50 years!! We continue to specialize in providing our customers with the highest-quality handcrafted clocks, jewelry, music boxes and more. We pride ourselves on our customer service and commitment to your satisfaction. We are located in the beautiful resort town of Solvang in the Santa Ynez Valley just 35 miles Northwest of Santa Barbara.
Shipping and Return Policy
If you cannot make it to Solvang, you can purchase your items online and we will ship them directly to your doorstep. We use the best carriers in the business to make sure your orders get to you on time. At the Secure Checkout page, you‘ll see the ordered item’s description, its price, and estimated delivery times. Delivery times vary depending on your selected delivery address, availability of your items, and the time of the day you place your order. All items are checked before being boxed up for shipping, and extra padding is used in the shipping box to make sure they get to you in perfect condition.
Our in-store return policy is “Exchanges Only within 14 Days and with a Receipt”. There are no exchanges offered for online sales unless for damage during shipping, in which case we would file a claim with the shipping company.
